This Privacy Policy explains how Oarion Records collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit oarionrecords.com, request a quote or subscribe to our newsletter.

Information we collect

• Quote form: name, email address, service of interest, project details, deadline, notes and any files you choose to upload.
• Newsletter: your email address (and name, if provided) when you subscribe.
• Usage statistics (only with your consent): Google Analytics collects aggregated data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.
• Security: Google reCAPTCHA analyzes interactions with our form to prevent spam and abuse.

Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your inquiry, preparing a quote and managing the resulting business relationship — steps taken at your request before or during a contract.
• Sending our newsletter — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in each email.
• Website statistics — your consent, given through the cookie banner.
• Protecting the site against spam and abuse — our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not make automated decisions or create profiles that produce legal effects on you.

Recipients and international transfers

To operate this site we rely on service providers that process data on our behalf: Hostinger (web hosting), Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA) and our email delivery provider. Some of these providers may store data outside Ecuador, including in the United States, under their own data protection safeguards. Google’s handling of data is described in its Privacy Policy.

Data retention

• Quote requests: up to 2 years after our last communication, unless a business relationship or a legal obligation (such as tax requirements) requires longer retention.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Statistics: according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Under Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP) you have the right to access, rectify and update, delete, object to and request the portability of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at support@oarionrecords.com. We will respond within 15 days. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with Ecuador’s Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales (SPDP).
